Do note that all orders are final upon placement.

You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options.

Every item is carefully checked and hand-packed by us before shipping.

Please note that delivery of our products is provided by a third-party company and we will not be liable for any negligence or misconduct of the delivery personnel.

 

For orders within Singapore, kindly allow between 4-7 business days for your package to arrive. 

A $4.50 flat shipping fee will be charged for orders below $40. 

Free shipping will be provided for domestic orders equal to or above $40.

All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

If something is missing from your order, or if you've received a defective or damaged item, kindly contact us at littlebookchest.sg@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and/or details of the defect within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

It is within our sole discretion to grant an exchange or a refund.
